How can I make a reservation?
You can conveniently make a reservation directly through our homepage. You will always find the best offers and availability there.
Can I arrive at any time?
Yes, you can arrive from Monday to Saturday until 9:00 p.m. After digital check-in in the Aparthotel il momento app, you will receive your digital key and can arrive flexibly, whenever suits you best.
My cell phone has no battery – how do I get into my room?
If your cell phone has no power, you can create a replacement room card at the kiosk in the
entrance area. As soon as your device is charged again, you can use it as a key as usual.
I cannot enter the hotel – what can I do?
If you have problems accessing the hotel, call us immediately on +41 31 335 00 01. Our team
will help you quickly.
How can I contact the hotel?
You can reach us anytime by email or phone. We are personally available on site at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Check-in
Do I need to register at reception?
No, everything at il momento is digital. After completing check-in in the Aparthotel il momento
app, your digital key will be activated, and you can access your room immediately – with no
waiting time. If you have any questions or would like to take a break, you are welcome to enjoy a coffee in our roastery or a meal in our restaurant Contra Corrente.
Why do you need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are used solely to secure your booking and any additional services.
There will be no unauthorized charges, and your data is stored securely and encrypted.
When is check-in?
Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can book an early check-in from 12:00 p.m. for an additional charge.
I have lost the link for check-in – what should I do?
If you can no longer find the check-in link, simply contact us by email or phone. We will resend
you the link immediately.
What do I do if I need help but there is no one on site?
Our digital check-in ensures a smooth arrival. However, if you do need assistance, you can reach us 24/7 at +41 31 335 00 01.
When will I receive my digital key?
After completing the digital check-in, your key will be provided in the Aparthotel il momento app. You can access your room from 3:00 p.m. Earlier access is possible for an additional fee.
What is the il momento app and where can I find it?
The il momento aparthotel app is your central platform for the entire stay. This is where you check in, receive your digital key, view your bill and get important information. You will automatically receive access via email or WhatsApp after booking.

Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free and high-performance Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Simply connect to our
open network.
Are there supermarkets in the area?
Yes, there are several supermarkets nearby:
- Coop Pronto (Bernstrasse) and SPAR express (Giacomettistrasse) – open daily, including
Sundays. - Coop, Migros, Denner and ALDI – open during the week and on Saturdays.
- Shops that are open on Sundays are located at Bern Central Station.
Does il momento offer breakfast?
Yes, from Monday to Friday you can book breakfast for an additional charge – either at the time
of booking your room or later. Over the weekend, there are numerous bakeries and
supermarkets in the area that offer breakfast.
How often will my room be cleaned?
Your privacy is our priority. Your room will be cleaned regularly every seven days. If you wish, you can request more frequent cleaning for a small surcharge.
I have lost my digital key – what should I do?
If you can no longer find your digital key, please contact us by email or phone. Alternatively, you can use the kiosk in the entrance area to create a new key.
My phone has run out of battery – what should I do?
If your phone has run out of battery, please use the restaurant entrance. From there you can
access the entrance area, where you can create a new room card at the kiosk.
When is check-out?
Check-out is possible until 10:00 am on the day of departure. A later check-out is possible at an
extra charge and subject to availability – please contact us in good time.
Invoice
How do I receive my invoice?
After check-out, we will provide you with your invoice digitally. You will receive it by email, and you can also access it at any time via the Aparthotel il momento app.
Can I also pay in cash?
No, il momento relies on a completely digital payment process. For this reason, only cashless
payment methods are possible.
My bill is incorrect – who can I contact?
If you notice an inaccuracy in your bill, please contact us by email or phone. We will immediately take care of your request and ensure that everything is correct.
